•  Registered Nurse
•  Licensed Practical Nurse
•  Social Worker
•  Occupational Therapist
•  Physical Therapist

A Bachelor’s Degree in any health or human service-related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in client assessment and/or case management, long-term care, home care, or hospice home care experience is required for consideration.

• RSVP Program Coordinator

A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, or related field, from a four-year college or university; and/or two (2) or more years of demonstrated volunteer management and nonprofit experience is required.

• Program Coordinator- Health and Wellness

An Associate’s Degree in Social Work/Human Services, or related field from an accredited college or university; or a certification in a health-related field is required. Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration or Social Work/Human Services, or related field from an accredited college or university.

• Administrative Assistant

An associate’s degree from an accredited university or college and/or three or more years of clerical experience with proficient typing skills, is required. Prefer a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
